On-Site Repair and Maintenance Packages

Is your bike shifting gears smoothly? Are the brakes a little squeaky or not working as they should? Book an appointment and we will come to you and make the repairs. Where it’s convenient for you.

All maintenance and repair services are performed on-site from our mobile shop whenever possible. There are some maintenance packages, such as a Major Overhaul, that require more time. Depending on your requirements and time, maintenance and repairs can be done at your location or in our shop.

Price does not include parts unless listed in the description below. You will be notified of major components that will need replacing at time of service.

Replace a Tube or Tire – $20 front / $25 rear

Removing the wheel from the bike and replacing the tube or tire. Brakes are adjusted as needed after wheel has been re-installed. Cost of tire or tube extra.

Basic Tune-up – $45

Entire bike is inspected. Tires checked for wear, cuts and proper pressure. Brake system, shifting system, bottom bracket and headset are checked and adjusted as needed. Cables inspected and lubed as needed.

Family Bundle – $155

A Basic Tune-up for all the bikes in your family. Limit four (4) bicycles. Each additional Basic Tune-up $35.

A Spring Cleaning – $15

Spring IS here and it’s time to get the bikes cleaned up and ready for a busy summer of exploring. We will “dry-clean” your bike for you (no water or pressure-washer) and give it a nice layer of protection from the dirt and grime. Frame and fork a wash & wax, chain degreased & oiled, rims wiped, spokes cleared of cobwebs, tires pumped up to the proper pressure.

Minor Tune-up – $90

The entire bike is inspected, basic cleaning and service. The headset and bottom bracket are inspected and adjusted if necessary. Both front and rear tires are inspected for wear, damage or cuts then inflated to required pressure, and if required – laterally trued. Tighten bolts to specs and lube the chain, cables, derailleur and brake pivots. Price includes all cables, housing and ferrules replacement.

Major Tune-Up – $198

This packages goes beyond the Minor Tune-up and includes major wheel tuning and a full cleaning, lube and tuning of the drive-train. This package is recommended for most bikes that have been used extensively for one to two years since new or the last overhaul. Price includes all cables, housing, ferrules and brake pad replacement.

Basic Overhaul – $245

This packages is great for bikes that are heavily used and should be done every other season. This service is also good for bikes that are used lightly and should be done after three to five years. This package covers everything in the Major Tune-up with the addition of overhauling the hubs, headset and bottom bracket. Price includes all cables, housing, ferrules, bearings (loose or cartridge) and brake pad replacement.

Major Overhaul – $345

Not all bikes require this kind of overhaul but there are some that need this level of service on occasion. The Major Overhaul takes the Basic Overhaul and adds the following: pedal overhaul, frame and fork alignments, more complete disassembly for cleaning, re-lubing, wheel tension balancing, and full frame cleaning and waxing. Price includes all cables, housing, ferrules, bearings (loose or cartridge) and brake pad replacement. Off-site service is available and includes pickup and delivery.

A service call out fee may apply. The fee is per call and NOT per bike. It is not included in the package price. We accept cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
